2014 TransRockies Run Registration will open at 9 AM MDT on August 19th, 2013.

RUN3 Solo Pricing:

Launch Sale:
Monday, August 19th through Sunday, August 25, 2013. $699
Phase 1:
Monday, August 26th through Thursday, October 31st. $799
Phase 2:
Friday, November 1st through Friday, January 31st. $849
Final Phase:
Saturday, February 1 through Race Start. $899

Payment in full is due at the time of registration.

RUN6 Solo and Team Pricing (per person):

Launch Sale:

Upon Registration, the following minimum deposits will be in effect:

TransRockies Run Cancellation Policy

At TransRockies Events, we understand that unforeseen circumstances sometimes come up that can prevent you from participating. While we can’t refund all your money, we’re happy to offer a one-time deferral of registration to the following event year (TransRockies Run only).  If the entry is not used the following year all outstanding fees will be forfeited.  We allow substitutions if you can’t make it, but it is your responsibility to find someone to take your spot.

All Deferrals, Substitutions and Cancellations will be subject to a $50 admin fee.

Refund Policy

Prior to March 1, 2014 – 25% of fees will be retained as a credit for the 2015 event*

March 1 to April 30, 2014 – 50% of fees will be retained as a credit for the 2015 event*

May 1 to June 30, 2014 – 75% of fees will be retained as a credit for the 2015 event*

July 1, 2014 or later – All fees will be retained as a credit for the 2015 event*
