Registration for the 2011 GORE-TEX TransRockies Run and RUN3 are well underway, with a strong initial burst of sign-ups. The 2011 event will run August 21-26 and will again follow the Buena Vista to Beaver Creek route, which has won wide acclaim in the past three years. Runners can choose to run the entire 6-day event in a team of two, or they can opt for the RUN3, a 3-day solo option run over stages 1-3 of the event. Here are some quick links:
Now in its fifth year, the GORE-TEX® TransRockies Run has received universal praise from participant and media alike. In 2010, 100% of our participants gave the event a positive rating for overall satisfaction and value for money. We create an atmosphere of fun, camaraderie, and celebration over the 6 days of running, camping, and socializing. The event was named once of the top 50 adventures in the United States by National Grographic Adventure and was also named “Most Scenic Race” by Colorado Runner Magazine. The “TRR” prides itself on offering a fully supported weeklong running adventure, including delicious meals, luggage transport, tent service, on-site medical and massage, and daily entertainment. At sign-on in Buena Vista, runners receive an incredible gift package, generally valued at over $500 of equipment and merchandise.
We hope you will join us at the “Ultimate Summer Camp for Runners” this August. For more information, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
