As you train for this amazing event, the number of miles you run is important, but FUELING those miles is truly valuable because the best training program is incomplete without proper nutrition. During exercise it’s important to replace fluids, carbohydrates, and electrolytes. Design a sports nutrition plan that works for you and practice it in your training. Clif Bar minis will be available on course as part of your performance nutrition plan so practice consuming Clif Bars in your training (trust me when I say you’re going to want some solid foods when you’re out there for the longer days).
