Welcome to the 8th annual GU RUN3 at the 2017 TransRockies Run!  Be our guest for 3 days of trail running through the spectacular Colorado Rockies! Registration includes your race essentials along the way and support like meals, tent accommodations, luggage transfers, and hot showers!

One tent per person. We provide the tent, set it up for you so it is waiting at each camp, and take it down after. Tent service includes the nights of stage 1 and stage 2.

  • TransRockies Bag Service

We provide a large capacity TransRockies Run Duffel Bag, which carries everything you need for the three days of trail running. We transport it to each camp and load and unload it for you. You keep the bag at the end of the event! We’ll also carry your excess luggage separately, and get it back to you at the finish of RUN3.

  • Access to Hot Showers

Are you one of those people who consider a nice shower after run more necessity that luxury? Judging by our past participant feedback you’re not alone! Our shower truck will be ready and waiting at each camp.

  • 3 Dinners (Beginning after Stage 1)
  • 2 Breakfasts (Beginning the morning of Stage 2)

2017 Hotel Package Details

August 13th – 16th, 2017

– 4 nights accommodation

-van transportation daily between hotels and breakfasts, hotels and starts,  finishes and hotels, hotels and dinners, and occasional concierge transportation.

-Hotels subject to change to similar accommodation based on availability

August 13th, 14th, 15th (3 nights) – Surf Chateau and Best Western in Buena Vista

August 16th (1 night) – Silver King Inn & Suites Leadville

Price:

Double Occupancy (2 people per room, 2 beds): $899 per person

Single Occupancy (1 person per room): $699 per person

TransRockies Run Cancellation Policy

The full amount of your registration fee is due at the time of registration.

Cancellation options:

1) You may transfer the full amount you have paid minus $300 to a 2018 registration for yourself or for another person.

2) You may transfer the full amount you have paid minus a $150 transfer fee to another person for the 2017 event.  NOTE: If you choose to transfer to another person, it is your responsiblity to find this person.

3) Any extras you have registered for i.e.: accommodation package, supporter options or transportation options are fully refundable to June 15th, 2017.  All extras after June 15th are non refundable, but can be transferred to yours or another persons 2017 registration.
