Find all the nitty-gritty details and logistics of the TransRockies Run in the 2024 Race Guide.

  • Please pick up your race packet on Sunday, August 11 at “The Meadows” in Buena Vista between the hours of 12:00pm – 5:00pm.

  • Camping packages included in your entry start following Stage 1 – you are on your own for accommodation before then. Optional ‘Camp with the Crew’ available Saturday, August 10 & 11 (see pricing page for details).

  • Camping ends after Stage 5, there is no camp in Beaver Creek.

  • If you are flying out of Denver on Sunday, August 18, a late afternoon flight is recommended to allow travel time from Beaver Creek

SUGGESTED ITINERARY

There are a number of ways to arrange your travel for the TransRockies Run, but these are the arrangements most people make:

TRR 6 Day Events: Team and Solo

  • Fly into Denver International Airport – Saturday, August 10

  • TransRockies Airport Transfer to Buena Vista – See Shuttle options below.

  • Book a Hotel in Buena Vista for 2 nights starting on Saturday, August 10, check out Monday, August 12

  • Have a car to leave in Buena Vista?  Park in the gravel parking lot on North Railroad.

  • Camping with the race until Friday, August 16

  • Book a Hotel in Beaver Creek for night of Saturday, August 17

  • Book your shuttle to Denver or Buena Vista via your online account.

  • Fly out from Denver mid-late afternoon on Sunday, August 18

GU RUN 3 Solo Event: Airport Shuttle Option

  • Fly into Denver International Airport – Saturday, August 10

  • Drive to Buena Vista

  • Book a Hotel in Buena Vista for 2 nights starting Saturday, August 10 to Monday, August 12

  • Have a car to leave in Buena Vista?  Park in the gravel lot on North Railroad.

  • Camping with race until Wednesday, August 14

  • Wednesday, August 14 Transfer from Camp Hale to Buena Vista through TransRockies

  • Drive back to Denver

  • Fly out from Denver very late Wednesday, August 14 evening or first thing on Thursday, August 15
