2025 will mark the 18th and final year of TransRockies Run. This stage race takes you on an epic journey from Buena Vista to Beaver Creek through the Colorado Rockies. This race is the trail running adventure of a lifetime!

The 2025 dates are Monday, August 4 to Saturday, August 9!!!

RUN 6: 6-Day Team & Solo Event | AUGUST 4-9, 2025 | Buena Vista to Beaver Creek, CO – Hotel option available (only 14 spots)
RUN 3 – Cross the Divide: 3-Day Solo Event | AUGUST 4-6, 2025 | Buena Vista to Camp Hale, CO – Hotel option available (limited spots)

NEW in 2025: Run 6 solo and Run 3 (solo) entries are automatically assigned their own single tents.

Teams entries will be assigned two person/double tents.

Note: All entry fees are per person. This means team members are not guaranteed the same entry fee price as each person must register individually. The entry price will increase once the number of available entries in that category has sold out. 

Deposits and Installments:

All cancellations or transfers made before June 1, 2025 are subject to a $250 admin fee with the remaining amount available as credit for any TR event (BIKE or RUN) in 2025. All cancellations or transfers made on or after June 1, 2025 are subject to a $500 admin fee with the remaining amount available as credit for any event (BIKE or RUN) in 2025. You may sell your registration to another participant for the TransRockies Run 2024 event for the fee (s) listed above at the discretion of TransRockies US LP. No refunds are issued. No credit will be applied for any cancellation received less than 72 hours prior to the start of the first stage.

TransRockies US LP reserves the right to cancel any TransRockies Race Series event, cancel race stages or change the route on short notice due to fire bans/fire closures, air quality, weather conditions, wildlife or safety concerns, pandemic, unforeseen construction, Acts of God or other such reasons with no reimbursement to the participant.

In the case of event cancellation by TransRockies US LP, no refunds will be available. All entries will be transferred to the next available date that the event is able to operate.

First deposit is non-refundable. Prior to June 1, 2025 - Registration Credit (for deferral or substitution) less $250 admin fee – held through any TR event (Bike or RUN) in 2025.  June 1, 2025 or after – Registration Credit (for deferral or substitution) less $500 admin fee – held through 2025 event.

RUN 6: We are now offering a payment plan with 2 payments. All fees are in USD dollars. The first payment is $999 (upon registration) with balance due on April 30th, 2025.

RUN 3: We are now offering a payment plan with 2 payments. All fees are in USD dollars. The first payment is $599 (upon registration) with balance due on April 30th, 2025.

Cancellation Policy: There are NO REFUNDS of any kind if you cancel your 2025 TransRockies Run entry.

Looking for a more luxurious TransRockies Run experience? We’ve created hotel package upgrades for those participating in the RUN 3 and the RUN 6. Packages include van transportation daily between hotels and breakfasts, hotels and starts, finishes and hotels, hotels and dinners, and occasional concierge transportation. Very limited spots.

EXTRA LUGGAGE | $109

All your gear for the week needs to fit into one large duffel bag (approx. 90 L). If that’s not enough space for you, feel free to bring an extra bag for the trip. With our extra luggage add-on, we’ll make sure your extra bag is taken care of and gets to you every night. Please bring something unique to identify your bag. We do number each bag, but it can be hard to find after a long day on the trail.

SLEEPING PAD | 6-day = $79 & 3-day = $69

Don't have your own sleeping pad to bring? We've got you covered, add-on a comfy sleeping pad to your tent. If you rented a sleeping pad, you will pick it up once you completed Stage 1.

MASSAGE | $115/HR

PRE-RACE CAMP w/ THE CREW| $99

Camp in Buena Vista at “The Meadows” on Saturday, August 2 and Sunday, August 3 before the race (we set up your tent). Toilets, shower truck and ChillVille will be set up. Pizza Party on Saturday night and Pasta Party on Sunday night….breakfast is included as well (Sunday and Monday). Race starts at 8:30am on Monday. Shuttle buses will be running from The Meadows to town every hour on the hour on Saturday night and all day Sunday.

FYI: The TRR crew will be camping here.

SUPPORTER MEAL PASS

Available for your supporter to join you in the Race Village for meals. Includes dinner for every stage you are running. This is a great option for those with friends or family travelling or camping with you throughout the race. We all eat together.

SUPPORTER Car Camp PASS | $49-$119

In order to park your supporter vehicle in our designated parking areas at/or near the Race Village of each Stage you must register you vehicle with us and display a TRR PARKING PASS at all times. Please note there will only be space for a car and no camping beside the car in this space. No tent trailers or RVs over 20 feet in length

  • Run 3 (2 nights parking): $49

  • Run 6 (5 nights parking): $119

Final Banquet Ticket (limited) | $59 – $99

Following the conclusion of TRR, all participants are invited to join us for a catered banquet at Beaver Creek Resort. This special evening will feature the awards ceremony, finishers’ ceremony and a picture presentation. Friends, family and support crew are invited to attend as well.
